Our Story
Founded in 1983 in Piedmont by Marcel Laurence, Équipe Laurence has always enjoyed an outstanding reputation! Our municipal clients and private developers particularly appreciate our creativity, the quality of our design services and the human side of our team members.
Since 2012, Équipe Laurence has experienced rapid growth, particularly over the last 5 years under the presidency of Alexandre Latour, Eng. A pivotal milestone in this growth was reached in 2020 with the acquisition of two civil engineering firms: N. Sigouin Infra-Conseils Inc. in Mont-Laurier and Le Groupe Forces in Joliette. These firms bring complementary expertise while sharing Équipe Laurence’s mission and core values.
In the spring of 2022, we completed the construction of our new head office in Sainte-Adèle, a LEED® Silver® certified building that serves as a true example of sustainable development.

We have installed various technologies related to our field, along with numerous monitoring tools to collect and evaluate performance data. By studying these innovations, we will be able to apply them in our designs and better guide our clients toward truly sustainable projects.
