First Nations
The values of territorial respect, knowledge sharing, sustainability and inclusion resonate deeply with our vision of engineering. We believe that infrastructure must integrate seamlessly into its natural environment, support local communities and align with a sustainable development approach. We share the conviction that respect for the Earth and those who inhabit it is fundamental.
Buliding Together, Sustainably
We pay particular attention to environmental protection in each of our mandates, both in our technical choices and in the way we design projects. We actively encourage the involvement of Indigenous community members in our projects, as we believe that the richness of a project comes from those who participate in it. We want to build relationships based on respect and open dialogue.
Examples of Projects Completed in Northern Québec
For many years, Équipe Laurence has been collaborating with various Indigenous communities throughout Québec. Each project is carried out with respect, openness and attentiveness. These experiences have allowed us to better understand their realities and develop expertise in designing infrastructure adapted to their cultural, environmental and social values.
