Alexandre Latour
eng. President
With Équipe Laurence since 2005, Alexandre became a partner in 2012 and then president in January 2017. With a portfolio of over 900 projects, the vast majority of which involving both design and technical monitoring, he is undoubtedly among the most qualified civil engineers in his experience bracket. Drawing on this expertise, he is able to propose concepts and solutions tailored to budget constraints. His leadership, sharp critical judgment, and skills in project management and communication are undeniable assets on every project.

Vincent Bouré
eng. M. Sc. Principal Shareholder
Vincent contributes to design work with a particular focus on sustainable development challenges. His academic background allowed him to build knowledge across several fields of social and natural sciences, while also introducing him to systems analysis, an approach aimed at addressing problems in a holistic and multidisciplinary way to arrive at optimized solutions that take all stakeholders into account. He excels particularly in hydrological and hydraulic analysis and the use of SWMM software. He leads the stormwater management design team, a constantly evolving field where environmental and efficiency concerns are closely intertwined.

Julien Levesque
eng. Principal Shareholder
Julien joined Équipe Laurence upon graduating in 2014 and has been a partner at the firm since 2018. He has completed a wide range of major projects and excels in building infrastructure design. He keeps up with the latest developments in stormwater management and is recognized for his ability to optimize and develop environmentally responsible solutions. Julien is involved at every stage of a project, from project management and design, to tender document preparation, technical monitoring and final acceptance of the works.

Sébastien Bérubé-Martin

Project manager and member of the firm’s management committee, Sébastien has successfully completed over 500 projects in civil and telecommunications engineering. He specializes in public and parapublic sector projects. His studies across various fields of engineering contribute to his strong competency in multidisciplinary projects. His technical knowledge and versatility allow him to propose innovative concepts that contribute to the overall success of each project.

Jean-Michaël Dufort

With 11 years of experience, Jean-Michaël has been involved in every stage of a project, from project management and design, to tender document preparation, technical monitoring and final acceptance of the works. His sharp analytical mind combined with hands-on field experience, makes him a reliable and critical thinker in high-pressure situations. Determined to execute work as efficiently as possible, he seeks optimal solutions and makes himself readily available to respond quickly to the demands of any project.

Martin Benoit
eng. MBA
Martin is an engineer at Équipe Laurence with 17 years of experience in civil municipal engineering. He has also been a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) since 2007.
Having worked for several years at a global firm, he developed his expertise in road and infrastructure engineering, notably through his work on the Turcot Interchange project. His experience on various large-scale projects makes him a valuable asset to our team.
Given his background, Martin serves as the lead coordinator for our MTQ-related projects, in addition to acting as project manager and designer on municipal, public and private projects.

Jean-François Arbique
Sr. Civil Technician
Jean-François has been with Équipe Laurence since 1998, primarily working as a designer and project manager for residential, commercial and industrial developments.
He has handled the majority of 3D design and drafting work for Équipe Laurence over the years.
Jean-François also heads the computer-aided drafting (CAD) department and serves as IT manager.
He is our go-to resource for 3D modelling and BIM management.

Simon Larocque

Simon Larocque is a civil engineer who began his career in the municipal sector and at the MTQ. Drawing on that experience, he now handles the design and management of various municipal and institutional projects at Équipe Laurence. Skilled, dedicated and passionate about civil engineering, Simon is the go-to person for projects with particular technical challenges or that require advanced coordination. He will impress you by finding and developing optimal solutions before you even have time to think of them!

Karl Giroux

Karl has been a civil engineer at Équipe Laurence since 2018. Versatile and rigorous, he specializes in the design and technical monitoring of building infrastructure projects across the municipal, educational, healthcare, residential an dcommercial sectors. Karl conducts drainage studies on nearly all of his projects. Drawing on his tecnical knowledge, he develops innovative concepts for large-scale projects while collaborating effectively with multidisciplinary teams. His expertise in drainage and stormwater management is applied across the majority of his projects, ensuring solutions tailored to environmental challenges.

Francis St-Aubin Fournier

Francis St-Aubin Fournier is a civil engineer who has accumulated a rich experience from the very beginning of his academic and professional career. Having gained well-rounded experience in the educational, municipal and industrial sectors, he has developed his knowledge and skills in project management, problem-solving and process optimization. As an engineer at Équipe Laurence since 2020, Francis stands out for his passion for civil engineering, his leadership and his professionalism. As project manager and designer, he has been involved in numerous building and municipal infrastructure projects, as well as several traffic studies in the Laurentians region, while also managing a 12-person project team.

Benoit Bray

From land surveyor to civil engineer, Benoit Bray brings an enviable multidisciplinary background. His experience spans the construction and mining sectors, giving him a uniquely broad perspective on every project he takes on. His tecnical and management skills give him a comprehensive perspective on every project he works on, spanning financial planning, plan drafting, technical monitoring, site supervision, quality assurance and project management. Since joining Équipe Laurence, he has been involved in dozens of projects in the mining sector, building infrastructure (healthcare, municipal, commercial, residential) and urban infrastructure.
